Star Hill Elementary School in Dover, Delaware is one of seven elementary schools in the Caesar Rodney School District. It is located on Voshell Mill Road, a half mile East of Route 13 in the Southern end of Dover. Star Hill has a student population of 500 students in first through fifth grade.
Chester Cox, Star Hill's principal, is supported by a faculty and staff of 50; encompassing teachers in grades 1-5, specialists in reading, music, art, physical education, school counselor, school nurse, and paraprofessionals.

Star Hill Elementary School is a learning community that prides itself on its dedication to recognizing each student's ability to be a successful learner. In addition, Star Hill has strong community ties; with parents, teachers, volunteers, and mentors, working together to help provide students at Star Hill with all the tools for success.
